Shipping Policy

Processing Time
In-stock items are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
Custom and made-to-order pieces require a production period of 10–21 business days before shipment. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your piece leaves our workshop.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Delivery estimates begin after the production period for made-to-order items.
Signature Confirmation
For your protection, orders valued at $500 or more require an adult signature at delivery. We cannot waive signature requirements on high-value shipments.
If you are not available to sign, UPS will leave a notice and attempt re-delivery. After three attempts, the package is held at your local UPS facility for pickup.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments include carrier insurance coverage. In the event of loss or damage in transit, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim on your behalf.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date
We will work with UPS to investigate and resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
International Shipping
We currently ship primarily within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us at support@colomerybarahona.com before placing your order.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. Colomer y Barahona is not responsible for customs delays.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number once your order ships. You can track your shipment at ups.com.
