Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
We accept returns on in-stock chain orders within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@colomerybarahona.com within the 14-day window. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items — Final Sale
Custom pendants and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you and are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders once production has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
If you are unsure about your configuration, please contact us before placing your order.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free of scratches, alterations, or signs of use
- Accompanied by any original packaging or documentation
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please email us at support@colomerybarahona.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery. For orders over $500, we require signature confirmation at delivery. Please see our Shipping Policy for details on insurance coverage.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
