By accessing or using the Colomer y Barahona website ("Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including metal type, purity, and dimensions. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, minor variations in weight and finish are expected and do not constitute a defect.

Product photography is representative. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen calibration, and the unique characteristics of each handmade piece.

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars. Gold and silver chain prices are dynamically calculated based on live spot metal prices and may change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

Custom pendants and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you and are generally final sale. Please review your configuration carefully before submitting a quote or order. Custom orders may not be cancelled after production has begun.

Production times for custom pieces are typically 10–21 business days. These are estimates and may vary based on order volume and complexity.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details on shipping times, insurance, and lost package procedures.

All content on this Site — including logos, images, text, and 3D models — is owned by or licensed to Colomer y Barahona. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colomer y Barahona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, or government actions.
